It was a very special evening in NYC at the screening and reception of the movie, “Living Drugs” hosted by the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) on April 1st at the Zuckerman Research Center. This documentary follows the work of Dr. Michel Sadelain, MD, PhD and his partner Dr. Isabelle Riviere in their thirty year-long pursuit to save lives. Living Drugs features interviews with scientists who spurred or witnessed the birth of CAR therapy as well as patient stories in the US and abroad.
